    Our scope includes assisting the client with developing their brief and requirements, appointing the right design team and consultants, procuring the best value suppliers and contractors and ensuring the work is executed efficiently and effectively. This includes:

PROJECT PLANNING, COMMUNICATION & REPORTING

     Single point of contact for all project communication between Client & 3rd parties

     Establish meeting/ communication structure; Set up and monitor communication/ project procedures and requirement with project team

     Regular project updates to the Client to include design, procurement, financial and construction progress; change request approvals and       outstanding actions

     Liaise with Clients internal IT department/ Security department/ Facility management

     Preparation of project budget/ schedule for review/ approval

     Set up project design consultant team

DESIGN

DEVELOPMENT

MANAGEMENT

     Liaise with Client to co-ordinate their design requirements and approvals

     Verify and incorporate individual consultant's requirements for production of concept/ detailed design information

     Manage consultants for development of detailed design packages and specifications for tendering

     Review all design packages with design consultant team/Client

     Conduct pre-value engineering - identify cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to the Client prior to tendering (if       appropriate)

COST

MANAGEMENT

     Liaise with Client for preparing project budget cost plan

     Manage the approved project budget cost plan vs actual costing

     Conduct value engineering to identify cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to the Client after receiving tender proposal       from contractors/ vendors (if appropriate)

     Prepare cost report for weekly update to Client including any cost variation due to design change and site constraint

     Prepare final financial close out report for approval

PROCUREMENT

MANAGEMENT

     Pre-qualify/ identify suitable contractors and vendors list for approval

     Recommend and manage the procedures for selection of contractors/ vendors

     Manage tender process

     Evaluate tender proposal

     Shortlist and prepare recommendation report

     Identify and review key contractual conditions/ Enter into negotiation and confirm prices

     Prepare contract agreement/ PO

MOVE

MANAGEMENT

     Liaise/meet with department to identify move dates and logistics process

     Prepare tender documentation and manage tender and award process for Move Contractor

     Co-ordinate with Clients IT/ Security/ Facility department on move requirement

     Establish move strategy plan for approval

     Establish master schedules, checklists, labeling, instruction packs, maps, welcome packs and etc.

     Co-ordinate moves on site with move contractor

     Review completed moves and address any issues

PROJECT CLOSE OUT

     Liaise with project design team, contractors and vendors on final testing and commissioning process for MEP services and equipments

     Manage the defect rectification process with contractors/ vendors

     Co-ordinate with consultants/ contractors/ vendors for the preparation of the final as fitted drawing/ Operation & Maintenance Manual

     Preparation of project close out report for Client's record

     Conduct sessions on lessons learned to further improvement
